Booking Procedure (Book a Dip):
Step 1) Contact us- Send us an email or stop by our shop for an estimate. Prospective customers should list the make/model of their car, any colors or finishes they have in mind, and a time frame for having their car dipped. We will take the time to review your request and work with you to provide you with the finish you want at the best price possible. Please note that all estimates are subject to change until we look over the vehicle's condition in person.
Step 2) Booking an appointment- At the Dip Shop we book appointments in advance to ensure that each job receives proper attention and the best finish possible. We also have this policy so that we can have the proper materials on hand for each unique job. In order to secure a date to have your vehicle dipped, a nonrefundable deposit must be placed by the customer in person or via Paypal. This deposit includes the expense of all materials for job in addition to a small booking fee.
Step 3) Drop off- Drop your vehicle off at The Dip Shop the night before your appointment. This gives us proper time to thoroughly prep your car prior to the application of PlastiDip which is vital to a quality finished product.
Step 4) Pick up- When the vehicle is completed and thoroughly dry, you can pick up your ride and enjoy your new dip. At this time the remaining balance is paid in full by the customer.
At The Dip Shop, we have a general policy of not giving generalized "web special" prices, every job is different as every car is unique. We do our best to provide you with a professional finish, but the quality of the finished product starts with what you give us. Meaning if their is a major flaw in your original finish it will not "disappear". We will be honest with you up front about any concerns we foresee based on our visual inspection of your car/parts/wheels/etc. A dip job will need to be regularly washed and cared for just like paint, it won't last long term unless you maintain it!
